Default vitamin b ,getting up at night??

Hi,
This may seem strange but I'll say it anyways.
Whenever i take any type of vitamin b supplement be it in multi or just the B vitamin and its family b6, b12, etc it I guess it annoys my prostate or my urinary tract I can't figure out which one, anyways I said this would be weird but has anyone had this experience at getting up at night to go to the washroom because of these b vitamins?

I know some are thinking it is the age (above 35) , but no I did a test and it happens with the B vitamins, when I skip the vitamins altogether I have no problem I'll sleep through the night, it's weird but true.

Anyone have any experiences like this or any think I could do without stopping the vitamins?

Thks

I would take your B vitamins in the morning....It is the best idea anyway to take your vitamins then so your body can use them as the day goes on...

You could be drinking fluids a few hours before bedtime. That will do it every time. Also the longer you are awake in bed effects it.

i have to get up in the middle of the night to go to the restroom basically EVERY SINGLE night... it used to annoy me but ive gotten used to it. It started when i stoped drinkin cokes and started drinking only water and when i started that, my fluid intake went through the roof. Ive been doing this for about a year now and im only 18 so its not age, its just either fluid intake or coincidental that i started drinking so much water and had to go to the bathroom so often. O well i dont care, ive gotten used to it and just get up in the middle of the night, take care of my business and sleep the rest of the night.

Question

maybe you (not directed towards anybody) should try drinking all your water before a certain time several hours before bed time and then stop drinking water........does that make sense?

Don't ever get older then. When you get older the bladder doesn't hold as well. I never make it through the night, unless I go to bed dehydrated.

I usually stop drinking anything before 7:00 pm every night almost, I am just a little concerned when I start doing my exercise 2 nights a week soon instead of the daytime like I do now I'll be drinking water until 8:30 pm those 2 nights that will certainly keep me up.
