Liquid clen
I just got my clen from IBE and dont have too much experience with the liquid, just the spiropent pills. Its 100mcg/ml and I want to break it down to 20mcg dosings using an oral syringe. Whats the best way to get it into the oral syringe, and is there something I could dilute the solution with to make it so it was 20mcg/ml?
