well i guess ill give my story,ill have to be boring an put some background info in as this will help explain some of my training and lifes choices
im 34 yrs old.
single & celebate
5'9 and apporx 84kgs
im on here to learn a little and makes some buddys.
as a child i was pretty ill so i spent most of my time in oxygen tents (yup im the boy in the bubble lol )
even by the time they unzipped me lol, i was left malnurishied and had hidiously low bodyweight,
being away from school and education not only left me with poor grammac skills,but kinda of left me unknown to my school buddys
i was just the little sick skinny kid.
life plodded on until one day a dramatic turn came about,my dad who is a complete A hole,decided yet again to beat the crap out my mom,being about 9yrs olf there was little i cud do but whack him over the head with my toy gun,
needless to say altho my trusty six shooter had never failed me before,this day it came up a little shortand i was tossed aside like the kid i was.
this was my turning point,that night i promised myself,id never ever be able to be beat again and id never let a man put his hands on a women in fact i decided then that,
id make a vow to myself that no matter what,id never go by anyone that i cud help regardless of the price to pay.
i threw away all my inhalers and medication and said"i dobt need this,i will take charge of myself"
i also saw my first bruce lee movie and saw a little guy no one would push around.
so i started my little routine of bodyweight exercises,i grew stronger but no bigger or no muscles at all lol
soon as i was able to work and earn money i spent it on,martial arts classes
firstly karate then kickboxing then muaythia then classic western boxing
i kept it a secret from everyone.
when i got a little older i decided i need to look better,i was very self aware and confidente but i looked like a little boy,(see my pics)even tho i was in my 20's
i upped my bodyweight stuff and filled out a little,i eventually stumbled upon weights but to be honest i didnt have much idea and followed stuff from magazines
with little idea about form etc,etc
i decided to educate myself got online and studied rotuine and styles,
i finally started to gain a little weight.
at this present time im better than i was but still have a long way to go.
