Listen up ladies, and gentlemen
3 plates per side.. BB squats, to the box. 1 set x 8 reps. 315 pounds. I felt great but damn was it heavy. lol
Dropped to 295 for my second set and got all 12 reps I was shooting for, but the last one I came to a freaking stop 2/3rds back up.... And I had to dig deep to get it moving again.
Final set I only managed 10 reps.. but fuk me if it wasn't a good workout. People are watching me now, I'm getting looks like.. (although I think alot of the looks have to do with more of the effort i obviously put out then the lift themselves.. I swear my eyes just about come out of my head, and my face is flushed... and I can't help but make some funny noises in the upper reps..

The day continued.. leg presses... 6 plates per side, nailed all sets and rep counts... upping weights next time.
I had a very flattering thing happen here today aswell. Some young kids were walking behind me as I was getting set for my final set, and they were in awe... "No way,,, check that out.... that's like 270 pounds per side, plus whatever the machine weighs itself...." etc etc.... I kind of smiled to myself, and found extra strength.. lifting off and controlling every last rep with a pretty steady slow and composed motion. Which surprised the hell out of me, cause I almost totally died on the 8 rep of the previous set.
lol.. I know there just kids, but it still felt great ya know. I impress people.

leg extentions.. i dropped weight today but kept tension and did extra slow negatives...

Lunges... my groin pull evidently hasn't healed... I attempted one with no DB's and I felt like I was going to rip something. So I called it a day. It also hurts if I try to run. Other then that It' don't really bother me.. I even maxed out the ab machine the other day at 240 pounds and managed 8 reps in my 4th set, and that didn't hurt. So hopefully this will sort itself out soon.

DId I mention I squated 315 (3 plates a side) for 8 reps today.
I promise you it's only a matter of time before I'm hitting 4 plates a side.
