Tricep day... All weight moved up, and I had alot of fun. I'm pretty much as regular as regular gets around there now. Have quite a few friends and been having quite few good laughs.... I try not to let interupt my sets though. :P
Now working on 3 x 10 x 107.5 tricep pushdowns (Excellent form, lots of control, no rushing)... Managed 9/7 and I dropped down to 105 for the last set and got all 10. So I'd say it was pretty good.
3 x 8 x 125 BB Overhead extensions... 7 / dropped down to 120 x 7 / 7 Failed on the last rep each set.. OUCH.
3 x 10 x 75 pound skullcrushers. (great control, slow)... 10/10/9
Burn out sets.. blah...
Abs... Machines were busy.. had to use ball, hands extended over head. Last set I twisted up a bit, and now my left thigh has a twinge in it. (legs tonight... could be trouble).
30 minutes eliptical... 420 cals. Legs were feeling it today... calves are pretty sore from mondays standing calf raises/presses (whatever the hell you call them).. plus I have a new flatter shoe... I think it's causing me to elevate my heal more, which is making my calves work a bit harder on the elipitcal. ( I was making angry pain faces my last 10 minutes.. lol)

Still feeling a slight pull in the inner groin.. lower abs from about a week and half ago.. but I think I'll be okay for lunges tonight.
I just hope my thigh stays together... from last nights little twist. Pain ain't that bad or anything.. but under load who knowS?
