Back day went well yesterday... I must of been taking less rest then usual though, cause we were done in record time, and we had 4 sets of calve raises aswell.
Still concentrating on lower weights, and better form. I'm still trying to swallow the idea of less weights, better form = improved gains. Although judging by last week soreness.. (albeit minor).. I definately felt it more then I use too.
