Hmmm I just realized that I forgot to do BB flat bench before my flat DB bench... Because of that, I was a bit more hard pressed to hammer out my 85 pound db presses.. Still managed 8, 8, 7, 6 but not ready to move to 90's just yet.
My chest burnt.

dips 4 x 8
Incline presses 3 x 8
Cable flyes 3 x 10
abs 4 x 12
