Biceps went well yesterday.. Arnolds too...
I ran out of gas before I got to preachers, and standing ez bar curls though.. so it wasn't up to snuff.
But I hammered out most of my reps before that... 45pound incline curls x 10 per arm... 50 pound concentration curls x 10 per arm...
Arnolds I managed 3 sets at 55 for 10, 10, 8 reps... before dropping down to 50 for my final set.. I can feel a twinge in my right shoulder starting up, hope it's nothing.
I haven't felt my groin/ab pull today.
