Default Need a good protein that is low in chlesterol
Anyone know of a good protein that works that has a low cholesterol. I was using ON's Whey which had 5mg protein, they have recently changed to gold standard which has 30mg. I have high cholesterol by genetics and I need to keep an eye on it, anyone know of anything??????
