I jumped to conclusions on the color of my pee.... I dont' think I drank enough water on the weekend... it's not all that rusty colored. I drink a crap load of water usually specially on week days.

Today is a much needed off day... Yesterday, was tricep day... had an impressive workout... the rest of me is still quite sore.. I must of did something right.
