45 minutes fo cardio this morning.. went pretty smooth.

5 perfect diet days behind me... I stepped on the scale at the gym this morning before I hate and after 45 min of cardio... I weight 285.. with sweaty clothes and shoes on etc... Sucks.. lol
I'll take my weight monday morning.. and use that to gauge the rest of the cycle... if in 2 weeks from monday, I haven't shown any weight loss, I will start to drop calories until I seem some movement... that's the plan so far.
I'm just building up glycogen(sp) level right now.. but it still sucks eh. :P
