great info. and article. when I first started bodybuilding visited a no frills gym owned by a lady who competed and her advice about hardwork, different angles on lifting etc accelerated gains. However, the gut busters, bench press, squats, dips, push ups, and dead lifts worked. returned after 5 years and started training with advice from another female bodybuilder and even better results. eat lots of pasta, rice, muscle milk, and train like heck.
