I've been taking 6 caps/day (2 with each meal) for about 3 weeks. Haven't seen a difference yet. I work out 5 times/week on an elliptical machine and 2 days/week of Pilates (full program on machines). Hoping to see some results soon as I have abdominal fat that won't budge (even with good muscle tone underneath).
