yea not sure what you are taking for supplements now, but may I suggest ephedrine and a fat burner in cycles.....like:

vasopro ephedrine hcl 1/day

san tight 3/day
vasopro ephedrine hcl 2/day

I don't know what you think about that, or anyone else but you can always add things like alcar or just l-carnitine among other things.....

Yea you sould like you have a big frame, but that means you can be perfect at even about 240lbs.......if I were you right now I would only worry about bodyfat %, lifting weights 3 times per week is PLENTY, but also 4 days of cadio a week is PLENTY for you......always shock your body into fat burning......change it up, every workout change from heavy weights one week to lower weights the next.....different excersises everytime too......good luck homie!
