If someone is taking creatine does it mean that they can wait less time between working out certian body parts? Creatine helps build up ATP levels so you wouldn't have to wait as long for your body to get your ATP levels back up between workouts. Is this true? And is there anything I can do to get rid of the lactic acid buildup in my muscles between workouts?
