What's up everyone. I am a 16 year old guy who has been intrested in lifting weights for awhile. But let me tell you how i got to wanting to do this.I have always been a big boned guy.During the year of 2002 in december i was a overweight kid in 9th grade. i weighed 205 and wasn't happy. When i would look at myself in pictures i would get upset and be embarassed to let anyone see them. Then i knew what i had to do. I took charge. i would at night go walking 2miles which i then was able to run a mile and walk a mile.Good for a big kid. after dieting and exercising with the Firm(recommend it to anyone!) i lost about 30 punds i got down to 168 and was proud of myself. It iwas the year of 2003 in august when i got to my goal weight. Then later i saw bodybuilding and big muscualr men and i thought i wanna be muscular. i started going to my small town gym. It isn't like Gold's gym or anything. it has about 40 machines and a couple of cardio machines including treadmills. I want to be muscular and lean but be big muscle wise. I am trying to stay fit sine my dad in 98 had a heartattack while driving his semi-truck on the interstate. He was acrried to a local hospital where he then had triple bi-pass surgery. During his stay at the hospital they had said he wouldn't make it. But God let him live. So it is very important for me to stay fit. And also my Grandma died from a heartattack and had diabeties. So i take my health serious. When i got to the gym i run a mile-half a mile and bike 2 miles the workout 3 sest of 10 on the machines. in the afternoons i take my pre and post workout meals where i make sure i get about normally 20-30 protein grams. I also drink about a gallon of water a day. I am spraying everywhere i go! i hate it.lol. i also try to get 6 small meals a day with protein. but yet somehting isn't right. I have been working out for a while. Too long to not be seeing results. I am very desperate and getting frustrated. I have gained weight back doing this protein i am up 10 190 what did i do. i wanna lose fat and gain muscle not gain weight!And if you have any ideas it will be helpfull and appreciated. But i won't give up!
