I am newbie here.My name is Kris and am trying to lose fat first.I started gym 2 years ago on /off.So probably, only 2 months full
.Now,i want to lose the fat off my waist and am going for all the way..Actually, i was surfing about the reviews first,then by chance, i went to the forum.It is very good. Am working 3 days a week alternating lower and upper body and by the end of july, i will try to learn the max ot and then follow this program.
Hoped to be part of the community and learn lots of good info.
