Hi... i thought i'd put my first post here ;-P
I'm not a bodybuilder (although i secretly wish i was LOL). I compete in fitness. I also train in martial arts. This is my first year as a fitness competitor and i'm 9 days out from my second show, so needless to say I'm not really focused on work right now (which is what i should be doing....) *w*
I'm female (duh), 26 years old, Canadian, 5'6", 128 lbs... i've been weight training on & off for a few years but spent lots of time doing triathlons, marathons. Now i HATE cardio. All this pre-contest cardio is making me insane... i just want to hit the weights hardcore. Can't wait to really add some mass during my off-season.
Anyway, this looks like a great chat forum. I look forward to posting (and reading posts) here
