According to a book I have here, "Prescription for Nutritional Healing"
individual amino acids should not be taken for long periods, they suggest cycling it in 2 month intervals, alternating it with other individual aminos while taking an amino acid complex (that what whey protein is?). Also refers to 6 grams per day as a "high dose" and says with some amino acids thats dangerous, although is doesn't mention glutamine specificly.
What do you guys think? I dont mind typing out paragraphs from the book if it wont get anyone sued.
