I am not on slim fast anymore, I used slim fast to boost my diet which it has done by helping me to lose 23lbs, I am now having veggie bacon or sausage in wheatgerm bread for breakfast, banana, apple, bio yoghurt, jacket potato with beans or cottage cheese or kedergee, or fish/rice, pitta bread/tuna and something extra to bring my calories up to 1,200-1,300. I did a weight training session on last and I will do a weight training session again this week, I am trying different things, I used the rower, and Some days I swap machines so I am listening...still only lost one pound though but hey....better then gaining two!
