gal, you're still not totally listening.

First off, quit with the damn slimfast. far too many empty calories & carbs. I personally think your calorie intake is too low, but it's made up of empty, worthless calories, so you're not seeing the results you want. you should increase your protien intake, and make it quality protien. mix it up between whey, casien(milk), eggs, and fish[you said you're a partial veggie, so I left out meat]. The other thing you should do is bring up your carb intake as well, but make them complex carbs, such as oatmeal, or other types of whole grains. MRP's are an 'OK' way to go about changing your diet, as long as they are a quality MRP. Myoplex from EAS is one of the best out there, and from what I've heard, its' taste is quite good as well.

Bringing up the amount of Protien & quality carbs you take in will more than likely bring your total calorie count up as well.

the biggest thing you need to do is switch up your routine. your body DOES have a memory, and it becomes accustomed to what you do, if you repeat it enough times. even just switching what days you do certain things will have an effect. if you want it to be more drastic, switch what types of cardio you are doing, or put weight lifting in its place once in a while.

the best way to induce your body to continue to change the way you want it to, is to shock it. if your body isn't expecting something, it will not be prepared for it, and more than likely won't handle the process in the most effecient way possible, expending more calories.

that's just my .02, i wish you luck on your end goals, and hope i've not clouded your view any further
