Well, I start my first weight lifting session tomorrow, I am going to hit the gym early, warm up on the rower and do my weights, I have also started taking Xenadrine EFX to give me a boost! so my routine will be:
Monday: Step aerobics with hand weights
Tuesday: Circuit training
Wednesday: Weight lifting session (warming up on rower or x machine)
Thursday: squash (can't get out of it because I play with my mum and she hasn't got a partner!)
friday: Weight lifting and running
is that ok?? Four days a week I will still stick to slim fast because I love it and three days a week I will eat lots of protein.
i will also use my gym ball five nights a week to tone my muscles and bum and so on and continue with my supplements.
I weigh myself on sunday to see if I broke through my weight loss plateau...wish me luck.......
