Hello everyone...new to the forum.
I am finally getting serious about getting in shape again. Doing the right things,,, (Nutrition #1) and working out.
I am however, interested in what supplements would benefit me at my age (42). The only things I currently take is a Whey Protein and a Testostrone Formula. I think both of these supplements are helping me but any useful feedback I can get to help maximize my workout experience (without drugs or extreme supplements) would be appreciated.
