You don't hav to bodybuild to lift weights...you can do light weight high reps to work your muscles...weightlifting does not mean bodybuilding.
you just gotta do whats right for you. your body will adjust to its activities and eating habits. So if you are not losing, you have to change something. Last time I changed something and went against what I thought was right....I lost 10 lbs of fat.
