I don't need liposuction, and liposuction doesn't change anyone's eating habits, as for atkins, that is not a healthy way to lose weight at all. I guess I am being misunderstood, people on weightwatchers for example lose weight because simply cutting calories means you will lose weight as many dieters on weightwatchers have done without exercising and so forth, someone who has lost say 2 stones just through dieting alone is not going to look overweight or look like they have a high body fat, cutting down on fat and eating a low calorie diet will reduce their weight and being as active as possible even if it is just walking everywhere, they will look like they have lost two stones, but I suppose what you are getting at is more focus on the body fat aspect as opposed to the numbers on the scales, I supposed I am not scientific and concerned with what my body fat is, I am the typical go by height, frame and ideal weight type of person, I just think if someone does not like weights why must they do three sessions of max ot ?, but for the past few years I have noticed that weighs seemed to be something that must be included in a fitness plan these days.........but like I said I will do weights on a friday (just friday for the moment ) and I will let you know if I am converted.....
