it is not that it is too advanced because I did weight lifting before, and it doesnt interest me to do a Max-Ot program because I hate using weights, I love doing cardio, and weights is not something I want to take up or do hence why i just want to do the basics, I have been given a personal program by my personal trainer when i first started, a few reps on inner and outer thigh, lats, chest press and back. I used to lift weights years ago and yes I lowered my body fat, I was lean, i didn't drop that much weight due to being toned and muscles but the athetic look is not what I am aiming for, I was a certain weight before and I didn't need weight training to be that weight hence why I am not keen on weight training, it just does not interest me (I guess Bodybuilding isnt the right site for me to come on!) People keep saying do not go by numbers on the scales but I do because the number that i was that is what I want to be again, I am not a discplined, person who can follow CKD diets and so on, I am just a normal person who wants to eat what she wants in moderation and lose weigh through lowering calories and exercising to get back to what i was and then maintaining by ensuring I never eat as much as I did the year that I gained so much weight and by not doing exercise to keep the weight down! (in the past I ate what I wanted but always did three cardio sessions a week to maintain my weight). I am a lost cause (stubborn as well!)
