As I said before, I recommend max-ot program... but if you think it's too advanced, start with:
Bench press
Squats
Deadlifts
at least twice a week.
You can also split: Upper body -- Lowerbody -- Upper body, lift every other day.
Get a trainer if you are uncomfortable doing them by yourself.
