I am going to finish off my last cans of slim fast and try the protein shakes that you recommended (do they do meal bars also) I agree eating food is better, I do eat at weekends but because of my hours and timetable during the week it is easier for me to use meal replacements,once I get my weight down I will go back to eating during week as well as weekends.
I am going to do a weight lifting session on fridays (do i need to do some cardio before hand to warm the muscles?) can I also do it after my class so that I have two good weight lifting sessions? and start off at what? 3x 8 reps or something? thanks for all your help..
