slim fast is not the same as most MRP's, ...look deeper, slim fast uses more sugar and other things...but...I think you should get off the MRP thngs personally...you should never replace food. You must eat. I would put a good healthy diet of 5 small meals per day up against any MRP diet. Don't replace food with liquids and shakes....shakes are a supplement to your diet...not your diet.
