I'm new!
Just kind of stumbled on this site and thought I would sign up. I am 18, about 5'8-5'9 and only 145 lbs. I have been working out for a little under 6 months now and I am in pretty good shape. I have put on 15 pounds of solid muscle since ive started. And now have a max bench of 205. I work out usually about 4-5 days a week (maybe to much sometimes) and do one group at a time (chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs). Thats about it for now.
