Default Hello everyone

New member to the sight...I really appreciate the low cost / benefit spin put on the reviews here. I don't have loads of cash to be dumping on supplements that don't work or taste so bad I won't want to use them. I'm looking to drop fifty pounds...while thickening up my muscle mass. I'm currently doing Chest/biceps Monday, Cardio tuesday, legs/abs Wed, Cardio thurs, Back/shoulders/triceps friday... Is this a good plan? I'm trying to lift as heavy as possible while working nearly every set to failure and giving myselft lots of recuperative time by only hitting each body part once a week.
