3/26/2004 Traps/Forearms

Went to bed at 199lbs last night(3/21), and weighed 196 in the morning, Bi's hit 18 3/8". I havent dropped below 194 for a while, and my bi's are measuring at least 18 1/8" throughout the day.

Due to the pain in my forearms I decided to not do wrist curls, and just do a few sets of shrugs supersetted with reverse wrist curls. Still focusing on form as opposed to weight.

Traps: 5 sets
Barbell Shrugs Front, Superset reverse wrist curls
225 x 30, 45 x 20
225 x 25, 45 x 17
225 x 25, 45 x 16
225 x 22, 45 x 13
225 x 20, 45 x 6

Overall energy/motivation level (Scale 1 to 10): 6
