make sure you have a good split on mon,wed, fri body workout

my routine is

Mon - chest/triceps/abs 15mins cardio
Tue - Off
Wed - back/biceps/abs 15mins cardio
Thur - 30-40mins cardio
fri - legs/shoulders 15 mins cardio
sat - off
sun - off
