Do you mind if I ask what your stats where before using it (weight...etc) and BF % if you know what it was or is?
Just wondering because I think it would probably make a difference depending on what type of shape you where in before using it.
In other words I think 4 pounds of fat in a month and a half would probably be harder to lose for someone at (example) 10% BF compared to someone at 30% BF.
So was just curious what your BF or weight might have been at before using this? That is if you don't mind saying.
