Creatine, there are a lot of different types out there. But for wrestling i suggest you take something like SAN v12 or Swole. anything other than powder is a waste of money. Take a loading phase of creatine for one week at 20g/day. Then take 5-10g/day for the next three weeks, then 4 weeks off. Personally i see best results when i take creatin before and after workout. Also try MAX OT, its great workout plan form any type of bodybuilder/athlete/whatever.
