Haven't tried this yet, but its supposed mimic insulin and force more proteins and carbs into your muscles... not sure how effective it is tho.

I talked to my friends who are more 'in the know' than I am and they said that vanadyl sulphate was big in the 80's and is pretty effective when on a cutting cycle for bringing out vascularity, but supposedly ALA is much much much better, especially an r-ALA/ALA mix. I'm gathering things to take when I start cutting and ALA is definately on the list.

I've ordered some Bulk, i'm just waiting for them to ship it out. Dont think i'll use it for a while yet tho, think i'm gonna be bulking up for another year at least
