lol cheer up you've nothing to prove to us, you go and get killer results and go crazy. if you train at a gym you'll know I was none too boastful bout my accomplishments (seeing how everyone else is like 2x my size), but it's definately a step in the right direction. keep it up, train hard, get huge.

Hey there barrieddee! I've been taking the Creatine/Whey stack for 8 weeks, I guess I should be comming off the stuff soon to rebalance my system. All I can say is this stack really works! My endurance/strength has dramatically increased and I'm finding it hard to let go of. I hope I'm not hurting myself by continuing to take this stuff but with the gains I'm getting in size/strenght I think I'm going to continue to take it till the bottle runs out. How bout' it Jim/Dbat? Should I really stop cold turkey on the Creatine? Will continuing to take it (10gms/day at 250lbs. body weight) adversely effect me? Let me know... Work hard and concentrate on every rep and you will see results soon... Good Luck!

I was warned this summer not to take it religiously or else I'd develop a tolerance and then a dependence and once you have that dependence your lifts suck without it. if your gains are still increasing, then I don't see the problem with taking it another couple weeks. generally with creatine the gains taper down. Once your system resets itself you can go on creatine again and get all kinds of huge gains again. by the way disregard anything I said last night (early this morning), I accidently got drunk >_<.

Thanks for the input Dbat. I guess I should play by the rules and stop in a week. I got a good excuse. I'm going to Florida for a week for some fun in the sun. Just me and the wife! (no kids) The only thing I be bulking up with will be beer

Keep up the good work barrie! One week is a little short, but give it 2 to 4 and i'm sure you'll see some great gains! Cvol, yeah its a good idea to go off creatine after 6 to 8 weeks... it won't do you any harm. you'll probably lose a few pounds of water weight, that's about it. you can always try Ribose in place of creatine for a cycle, and then stack them for another cycle. I got some articles on ribose and ribose/creatine stacks for ATP boost on this website. There's a link right on the home page near the middle.

I'll check it out! I can continue taking my Whey I hope? It's become part of my daily dietary intake. There's no whey I can live without my Whey. My friend said to eat plain yogurt. It's supposed to provide you a similar amount of protein. Nah!, I'm sticking to my Whey

I'm down I'm goin out tonite and was just admiring myself in the mirror. I'm so pleased with my arms, back and shoulders, they really have improved 100%, they'r bigger and funnily enuff, more defined than they were. Then i get sad, cos I look at my gut and its bigger than it was before i started seriously liftin and takin supps. Is this maybe just a result of my diet change? Now that i've been doin my weights in the house i've not been doin any CV work, not that i ever done much in the gym, could this be the reason for my increse in blubber? For all my moans, when i stretch out the wrinkles on my belly, I can actually see quite a nice set of muscles down there. When will the blubber go Barrie <---- Gonna go and get wasted now

Barrie, by 1 weeks is a little short, I meant to say, it'll be a little short to notice any significant gains. not too short for loading. Giver 3 to 4 weeks time, I'm sure you see some good gains. Have fun drinking

Hey Barrie, I agree with Jim and Dbat. Give yourself time. I had quite the gut going 12 weeks ago. A very long layoff from the weights and lots of sitting around helped contribute to my dough-boy appearance. Only after 12 weeks of consistant hard training and eating/supplementing right did my extra baggage diminish. I can almost see my ab's now. This is great because my ab's are my weak point. You really need to focus your attention on your weak areas. Hang in there, you will see the fruits of your labor, just give it more time. Good Luck!

Thanks Cvol, i'll take that on baord Well, i've not used the scales or the tape since my first post on this topic but I did get a pleasant surprise tonite. I went bowling with some old buds from school, guys I hadn't seen in at least 6 months, and every single one of them couldnt believe the change in me, I was so chuffed That was me, the smug bastar d all nite I'm findin it alot easier takin my supps now that i'm in the swing of things, becoming a habit. Stop loading in a few days so I might test the scales then. Baz
