hahah, this is a good topic! I was gonna ask everyone this too... since eating become a big issue, cuz we eat more than most people, and eating the same old gets boring pretty fast. I like to stir fry a lot. like chicken and pork, and some seafood like shrimp. cuz its pretty easy and quick. I also cook pasta every once awhile, lasts me for like 3 meals. hahaha.... I'll make stews too with potatoes/carrots, and pork or ribs. and mix it up with some bbq pork chops once a while. and I eat a big bowl of rice everyday.

This is def the hardest bit of all, the food bit Its so hard to make meals appealing. I basicaslly live on tuna, pasta, rice and chicken. I think i probably rely on my supplements too much to meet my daily protein intake, this is probably why i'm not gaining as much as I should. I love things like chilli, spag bog, etc, just not sure if they'r the best things to be eating. If i'm looking for a quick fix, i just mix in a tin of tuna with some pasta and a tomato cooking sauce, its really nice. I wish I had someone who cooked all my meals and only fed me the best of foods, be i'd be massive if that happened

If and when you decide to get married/hooked up, find yourself a women that can cook. God bless my wife, boy can she cook!! We both lead busy lives with the kids and there isn't alot of time for sit down family oriented meals every day, but she is into healthy eating like me. She can take chicken and whip it up into something different all the time. She always has some meat (fish, beef, chicken, pork) mixed into our weekly meals and makes enough to have leftovers in my lunch the following day. This helps ensure that I'm getting my daily intake of protein.

Its such a bummer that eating healthy usually ends up costing a packet! If you need good food quick, u have to pay thru the nose for it. I work next door to a supermarket and trying to eat healthy at lunch times is quite pricey. Oh well, all part of the game i guess Baz

Too bad I dont live close to a super market... I used to buy these microwavable lunches, thye cost only like 2 bucks, but tatsed actually pretty good. but its barely enough to feed a kid. Maybe i'll go get some pita bread and lunch meat.

Best food, protein wise, has to be fish i think. If tuna gets too boring, which undoubtedly it does, then why not try smoked and peppered mackaral, its really really good taste-wise, and its quite cheap. On top of that, u dont need to cook it, just pick the meat off the skin with a fork...mmmm, yummy!!!!!
